Ceiling repair
The photo on the left shows water damage to a living room ceiling. The photo on the right shows the same area after removing the damaged material, replacing drywall, filling and sanding the seams, and painting the ceiling.
Fence replacement
For this project we took down and hauled away the old fence — then re-built a new fence in its place. The client chose galvanized steel posts with vertical fence pickets in the backyard in order to better withstand the strong winds and water from sprinklers. The front yard is better protected from those elements, so they went with wooden posts and horizontal boards for a very appealing look.
Stucco patching on chimney
Photo 1 shows the chimney after removal of cracked stucco and the presence of cracks. Photo 2 is the initial patch phase which filled the cracks. Photo 3 is an additional, thinner layer of stucco that was ‘floated’ out in an irregular pattern for blending purposes. Photo 4 shows the completed repair after painting. Please note in photo 4 that the discoloration on the ground is from rain causing the concrete to be damp.
